Yes, we provide uptime guarantees for all premium subscribers. For Learner plan subscribers, we guarantee 99% uptime. For Developer and Business plan subscribers, we guarantee 99.95% uptime. We do not provide uptime guarantees for the Free plan.
For specific use-cases (e.g. ultra low-latency or low-connectivity applications), we can provide offline databases for some of our APIs. Please contact us for details.
Shared servers are servers that are shared by all free users - there is a finite number of these servers so they are not always available depending on demand from other free users. Shared premium servers are servers that are shared by multiple premium users with much more capacity than shared free servers. Private servers are servers that are dedicated to individual premium users - they are siloed off from other users.
No, we never save any request or response data from API calls. The only data we save is the number of API calls made for API usage tracking purposes.
